Privacy & Tracking Notice
This portal is provided by Rhino 7 Consulting to help you evaluate franchise ownership with The DRIPBaR. This notice explains what we collect here and how we use it.
What we collect. (1) Information you give us — your name, contact details, and the financial-readiness information you choose to enter. (2) Your activity in this portal — which sections and pages you view, how far you read through them, approximately how long you spend on each section, which links you click as you move through the materials, whether you open the emails we send you, how you arrived at the portal (for example, from a link in an email we sent you or from another website), your progress through the materials, and which steps you complete.
Cookies & your device. We use a small cookie and your browser’s local storage to keep track of your session and recognize your device when you return, so the portal can pick up where you left off and so your activity isn’t double-counted. If you reach this portal through a personalized link we sent you, your activity here is associated with your inquiry — this lets your Rhino 7 representative see where you are in your research and tailor your calls and follow-up to you. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
Education library. As you read through the education library, we note which sections you have reviewed and how far you have read, so your Rhino 7 representative can focus your calls on the topics that matter most to you. This applies whether you arrive through a personalized link or use the shared access password.
How we use it. To support your evaluation of franchise ownership, to connect you with the right Rhino 7 representative, and to let that representative tailor your calls and follow-up to where you are in the process. That’s it.
Who sees it. Rhino 7 Consulting and its DRIPBaR representatives. We may share aggregate, de-identified insights about portal engagement with The DRIPBaR’s corporate team for reporting — never your individual financial details or raw personal information. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.
What we don’t do. We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it. For the duration of your evaluation and as needed for ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.
