The DRIPBaR supports franchisees with an organized approach to inventory and supplies.

  • Initial Inventory: Medical provides guidance and assistance with the first pharmacy order, which includes all essential vitamin and IV supplies. This order is placed once a franchise has been awarded an opening date.
  • Operational Supplies: Items like IV poles, iPads, and AEDs are included on the office supply list to keep locations fully equipped from day one.
  • Ongoing Support: The system is designed to help franchisees maintain consistency in clinical quality while streamlining reordering and inventory management.

FF&E

The DRIPBaR provides a curated selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to create a consistent, welcoming, and clinically compliant environment across all locations.

For Primary DRIPBaR Locations:

Furniture

  • Lounge seating: 6–8 seats (depending on square footage)
  • Reception area: 2–3 seats
  • Pre-approved DRIPBaR furniture
  • Furniture selection provides comfort, style, and consistency across all locations

Fixtures

  • Lounge: 1 chandelier
  • Reception: 2–3 pendant lights
  • Optional wall sconces at doors (quantity based on location)
  • Fixtures sourced from multiple approved suppliers to meet brand standards

Equipment

  • IV mixing Hood (sterile IV mixing chamber)
  • Medical fridge
  • Standardized equipment supports operational efficiency, safety, and clinical compliance

  • Lounge seating: 3–8 seats (depending on square footage)
  • Side tables: Quantity aligned with number of seats
  • Furniture selection supports comfort while maximizing smaller footprints

  • Accent wall: 1 (prime and paint)
  • Design elements are streamlined to maintain brand feel within a compact space

Equipment

  • Medical fridge: 1 unit
  • IV poles: Quantity based on number of seats
  • Check-in device: 1 iPad
  • Retail shelving: 2 shelves (optional, depending on square footage)
  • Standardized equipment ensures efficient operations and a consistent client experience

This FF&E package is designed to create a modern, spa-like environment while maintaining clinical credibility and operational functionality.

Signage

The DRIPBaR’s signage program upkeeps brand consistency, visibility, and a professional presentation for all locations.

Required Interior Signage

  • Front Door: Logo vinyl, Scan-to-Drip decal, store number, store hours
  • Reception Area: White logo installed behind the desk
  • Hallway to Lounge: Droplet mural wrap and LED droplet lighting above mural
  • Lounge: Full-color logo installed across from tagline wall, hex design mural with tagline letters
  • Lab: Color logo vinyl decal on medical fridge
  • Posters: Menu, packages, membership, and compliance posters installed throughout reception and lounge
For Mini DRIPBaR Locations:

Required Interior Signage

  • Interior signage: 1 blade sign and/or door vinyl
  • Logo display: 1 DRIPBaR full color or white logo
  • Wall décor: Posters (quantity based on square footage)
  • Feature elements: 1 hex design tagline (transfer vinyl) and 1 droplet vinyl print
  • Window graphics: Applied where applicable
  • Consistent branding elements reinforce visibility and create a cohesive in-store identity
